Bsulakshana X Native Shoes
When I got an opportunity to collaborate with Native shoes, I was excited to conceptualize and create a shoe story. I don’t believe in bling for party shoes or oxfords for a day out. I would rather break free from the norm and mix it up a little bit. Hence, I looked forward to working with different versions of a sneaker. I had so much fun putting these looks together for this story. I am through and through a sneakers/boots girl even though I like an occasional pair of mules or stilettos.
Native had an interesting take on no lace tennis shoes (The Millers) for a fuss free game of sport and I enjoyed sporting the pastel green pair. Why not keep it fun while you sweat it out? The maroon sneakers (The Chukka) were a treat to wear, geometric embroidery and absolutely feather light. My favorite was the Fitzsimmons though. They are boot sneakers. The feminine sheer dress and the tough boots created a soft and bold contrast and the printed ones brought out a beautiful color blast with the striped dress. Who said you can’t mix prints? If you feel it, you wear it.
